Cindy Tinberg
Women's Ministry Director
Hello all, I'm Cindy Tinberg. I am a servant of God, and I am married to Senior Pastor David Tinberg. I am a mother of three adult children who currently serve in the church and a grandmother of five. I own a daycare and love to teach. I am a life coach and enjoy people and hearing their hearts. I love dogs, cooking, and laughing! I serve the Lord and others around me to the very best of who I am so it can be to His glory.
Vivian Johnson

My name is Vivian. I’m a wife and mother of 3. I’m a hairstylist while also working towards becoming an RN. I like meeting new people and I’m pretty outgoing. I enjoy nights out with my husband, game nights with my kids, and trying new things! Im so excited and honored to be apart of Christian Life Center’s women’s ministry. I was a youth leader for over six years and since then, ministering to young women and especially moms has become a passion of mine. I can’t wait to see all that God is going to do through our women’s ministry!
Ruth Payne

Hi everyone! I'm Ruth Payne. I am a married, very enthusiastic mama of 4. I am also the middle child of 9 in my family! I am the Director of Nursery here at CLC, and Administrator for the Women's Committee. I'm also a hobby baker and LOVE cake! I love building, organizing, and crafting things. I also love to serve and help whoever is in need. If you're not seeing my smile, you can usually hear my laugh in the halls. I'll be Smiling at you soon!
Cynthia Focareto

Hello, my name is Cynthia Focareto. I am married to my “cowboy” Steve, have two amazing children and four beautiful grandchildren. I have worked in this community for over 25 years as an early childhood educator who is passionate in providing and creating opportunities for children to explore, investigate, and learn through play. Some of my favorite things are horses, the outdoors, and ice cream! I give thanks to the Lord, who blesses and brings joy in this season of my life to serve alongside the women of Christian Life Center.
Damaris(Dee) Franco

Hi...I'm Damaris... mostly known as Dee... had to take a nickname to make it easier on the seniors and children I have taken care of for most of my life. I love serving others and serving God. He always finds ways to keep me going. I'm a happy mother of 2 and a grandmother of 5. Born in Chicago but raised in Puerto Rico, and came back many years ago to stay. Love music and reading and although life hasn't been easy or perfect...I am very thankful and content with my present, always looking forward to an everlasting joy with all the redeemed in our Father's
